Senior Account Manager

The Role:

In the role of Senior Account Manager, you will be researching and developing new business opportunities to build an account base for you to achieve the individual KPIs and sales target. As well as that you will be required to produce customer quotations, sales orders, document notes into the CRM and attend meetings with your customers and drive growth within your account base. The role is mainly new business so you will need to have the drive and determination to develop new customers through calling new prospects, emails or referrals you will have training and have full support of the Colva team to help you achieve your goals and will help you develop your skills.

Colva is a fast-growing business operating in the I.T. industry supplying hardware and software to businesses in the mid-market sector. Colva has a vast number of accreditations with several hardware and software vendors to enable us to meet every customer need. Colva prides itself being highly responsive and proactive with customer requests and enquiries, often under competing pressures. It operates a ‘can do’ approach. The person would need to excel at these and have excellent communication skills

Experience: IT Sales/account manager: 1 year IT Reseller or MSP experience minimum)

Education: A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Internal Account Manager

The Role:

Working in a stable but growing business will mean no two days are the same, and as well as your own tasks, you will be required to support other team members, be flexible and very organised! We are looking for that certain someone to deliver “Colva” to our clients- quality customer service, going the extra mile and help the sales team deliver on our reputation.

Daily tasks will include:

  • Answer incoming calls to the Company in a friendly and professional manner;
  • Updating our CRM System;
  • Source quotes from our suppliers
  • Process customer orders for the sales team
  • Helping the Sales Team with creating customer quotations
  • Contact clients to gather missing information or answer queries
  • Helping the Sales Team with customer requests by email and/or phone
  • Post sales information and indexing
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records
  • Communicate important feedback from customers

  • Efficient and well organised
  • Confident, polite and patient communicator
  • Able to work with team members or by themselves
  • Very self-motivated
  • Experience with a Customer CRM
  • Highly conversant in MS-Excel
  • Conversant in MS Office applications, including Outlook
  • Willingness to expand current skills and to develop new ones
  • An interest IT related issues would be beneficial
